It was an eye opener .  It was a open brain drain. Every one full of anger. Never in my 20 years  life  rights's struggles for the Natives Sarawak have ever,heard such a inspiring emotional speak up from the floor albeit participants were very-very professional . There were shouting, there were crying, there were challenges.

It started after I show a video slide showing how one Iban native long house  indiscriminately demolished by the authority, followed by another slide showing a precedent decision from the apex court narrating Indigenous peoples in Sarawak has rights over their Native Customary land .

BUT... CAN I trust that  those sentiments be put to strict proof in their practices and campaigns.  Time will tell...

Deep blue sea.. Before 16th september 1963.

I was then only 4 years old. Sarawak jointly with other states including Sabah of the Borneo island formed Malaysia. It takes 37 years until 20th October 2008 ,I was informed and supplied a book entitle The Constitution of Malaysia" edited by Trindade & H.P Lee.
On the position of Sarawak then and ever after " Under Article 3 of the Constitution, the territories of each of the component states of Malaysia comprised therein immediately before Malaysia day, that is 16th September 1963. The territory of the state of Sarawak, therefore, included the area of the continental shelf referred to in the ( Alteration of boundaries).

Sarawak's need to revisit .................

Seramai 20 orang Asal Malaysia (Sabah, Semanjung dan Sarawak) telah di beri pendedahan dan cara guna BLOG untuk menyibar dan pendedahan maklumat . Sumber tenaga pengajar adalah di bawah naungan CIJ ( center of Independant Jurnalism). Bengkel itu telah di anjurkan selama dua hari yang bermula pada 23 dan berhari pada 24 October 2008.
Rata-rata para perserta semasa di temui memberi perasaan gembira, kerana bengkel ini telah menedahkan mereka cara tersendiri tampa bergantung kepada media perdana yang selalu tidak mengular atau membutar belit fakta yang betul.
